Leonardo in the 1987 TV series is different from Leonardo in the Mirage comics and later 2003 TV series. Leonardo is the most serious and responsible of the 1987 TV series Ninja Turtles, and serves as the leader of the team. He is also the oldest of the turtles being Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo.
Why He Rocks[]
- He’s shown to be a great leader/straight man.
- Second only to Raphael, he’s probably the more serious and confident one of the Turtles.
- He’s also usually the “voice-of-reason” of the group.
- He has awesome skills using katanas.
- He’s always willing to try new things ninjitsu-wise.
- He’s quite confident in what he does.
- He is great at fighting and combating with his enemies.
- His voice actor, Cam Clarke, does a great job.
- His relationships with his brothers are always nice.
The Only Bad Quality[]
- He can be very bossy at times, but in his defense, it’s because he has the most leadership skills.
