Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the main antagonist of the popular Disney Channel Original Series, Phineas and Ferb. He is the arch nemesis of Perry the Platypus, and would usually create inators that fail most of the time.

Why He Rocks

He is one of THE funniest Disney TV Villains ever created.
He makes every battle with Perry the Platypus count.
He, along with Perry, has been in more media related to the Phineas and Ferb franchise than Phineas and Ferb themselves. Literally.
He is also creative, as he creates every inator he can.
His relationship with his daughter Vanessa is great.
His backstories are really entertaining.
